Step
1: Valuation
Contact us and arrange
for a member of our team to visit you for an informal
chat about your situation. We always strive for the
fairest valuation we can get. To do this we use the
independent Hometrack
system to etimate the true market value of your property.
We can then provide you with a full report and formal
offer if you decide that we are the people you would
like to handle your property sale.
Step 2: Agreement
You may have more than one option to consider and we
are happy to explain them to you in detail. You are
under no obligation to proceed and we suggest you take
your time when weighing up your options.
Step 3: Sale
You can appoint your own solicitor or we can help you
to find one. We can cover up to £500 of your legal
costs and are on hand to help you get started if you
need us. You can take as long or as short a time to
complete the sale as you want and we can set the time
table once we understand your needs.
Step 4: Rent
back (if required)
At the agreement stage we can discuss your requirements
for staying in your home. You may be looking for a long
term solution or simply wish to stay for short while
until you have had time to make new plans.
